Your order will be shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving the order - unless otherwise noted on the order page.
Free shipping is available for orders more than $75 before tax and before any applicable shipping fees. For orders less than $75 before tax and any applicable shipping fees, a $7.95 shipping fee will be applied to the order.
Shipping is only available within Canada– except for remote locations – see below. International shipping is not available at this time.
Please note that shipping to the Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, air stage locations and other remote areas within other Canadian provinces is not available. Canada Post lists the areas of remote locations online. If we are unable to ship your order to a remote location, you will be notified by email and your order will be cancelled.
After leaving our warehouse, our shipping partner will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible. With the current conditions, shipping times cannot be guaranteed.
If you are unsatisfied with a product in your order, a full refund, less any shipping costs, will be provided, with a receipt of your purchase and the return of your product within 30 days of your purchase. If an adverse reaction was had from the product, your contact information will also need to be recorded as per Health Canada guidelines.
Please return the product to the store you purchased the item from, with your invoice and the credit card that you purchased your product with, to process the refund.
If you are unable to return your product to the store in person, please mail the product (with a mailing date stamp that is 30 days or less from the purchase date) to the store address that you purchased the item from, at your expense, along with your name, email address, phone number and a copy of your receipt. You will receive a phone call from the store to get the credit card information that the purchase was made on, in order to reverse the charge on your credit card.
Please use the “Contact Us Form” on the online order site to ask any questions from Customer Support including issues with damaged product, missing orders, incorrect orders, invoice issues etc. Replies to all emails will be returned in 1-3 business days. Once the issue has been clearly understood, it will be promptly resolved.
Occasionally an item is sold out and we may need to issue a refund or cancel your order. Your credit card will not be charged for sold out items. We encourage you to come back to the website and see when it is back in stock if you ish to order that item.
We strive for accuracy in the information presented on our website. In the event of typographical errors, or errors in pricing, we will make every effort for good customer service, but such errors cannot be honoured.
